Lately, the more and more i look at the JWT ecu the more it seems like a rip-off. I'm considering a stand alone unit, but i can't quite decide on which one. The goal for the car is about 300hp to the wheels, and i figure to spend around 12-1500 on engine management. So i figure these are my options:

1. SDS2. Haltech E6k3. Electromotive TEC-II/III

If anyone has any personal experience with these systems please chime in. So far the one i like the most is the E6K. The E11 is over-kill for me and the TEC-III seems to be the same way.

BTW i did search, and WD had a good thread starting, but in the end it didn't really answer too many questions.

if you have no experience with standalones, the SDS is the way to go. imo, it's the most user friendly system on the market.

Theres a guy at Enjuku Racing that uses the SDS and he said he loves it. Personally my LinkPlus works awesome for me and the ease of use is great, w/o any dyno tuning my car did 12.7@110 12psi, the car is going to a dyno tuner on friday to get tuned in to 21psi.

If you don't mind me asking, how much does the Link run when all is said and done (i.e. sensors. accessories, etc.)? So you were able to tune 12psi easily yourself with it?
