From what I have seen in publications like consumer reports, us news&world, etc, both Nissan and Infiniti run just above the industry average on reliability. Only issue I know about on the 5.6L is the timing chain is known to snap and is a pricey fix.
When you look at luxury brands, I don't think as many of them make it to the more than average mileage because they get traded in for a newer model more than less expensive vehicles. As a 2nd or 3rd owner, it's sometimes difficult to know if the previous owners took care of the cars as they should have been. If you had a much larger pool of original owners reaching high mileage, you get a more reliable statistic.
