Any Suggestions?

here's the deal. i'm moving to ATL this summer and i can only take one of my cars with me. one is an n/a s14 that needs a new front end. the other is a s13 ka-t that the motor just started knocking in. im debating on whether i should fix the s14 and strip the s13 to turbo it later, or should i just rebuild the motor in the s13 and sell/ part out the s14. either way im thinking they're going to cast about the same +/- ~$1000.

What would you do?
