Im planning on rebuilding my ka24de engine this winter, was also going to try to add some strength to the engine so its ready for a turbo. I know the basics as what to get bet. I was wondering if there has been anything anyone has done that had helped them out with putting the turbo in, i.e. mounts, taking things out, relocate battery. Should I bore it out, while Im rebuilding? Since its a dohc, I've been told if i take the head off I should get new cam. - - - ?? just was told this by an old mechanic.

KA-T is that way<--------------

In all seriousness, forged pistons and some new rods, otherwise, you'll find all you need to know in KA-T.
