a good friend of mine has one, and it works. lol sorry it just locks the wheels, makes ungodly sounds, and needs special oil just like the rest. guess all i can say its quiter than Kaaz but louder than Cusco

bigger clutch plates than the kaaz units.

i drove my friends car who has one. Locks like a charm. I won't lie and say I can feel the difference between a tomei and a kaaz/nismo/ats/whatever at this point though. Get it, you'lllike it.

Loud and obnoxious but locks like a charm. I love it. Also any good quality gear oil will work. I do find it to be louder than the Kaaz ( I have done a direct comparison between the two as far as noise goes—my Tomei equipped s13 (fastback) against a Kazz equipped s14--) however it could be because the s14 has a trunk to isolate the noise versus no trunk in my s13. I did that mostly because I was surprised an LSD could be so loud but none the lessi it is a very good lsd in my opinion.

Should be quieter...has ceramic clutch plates iirc to reduce noise.
