The challenge is that they will still only replace parts that need to be replaced. If you are looking to proactively replace parts then you need to look at parts which are diagnosed based on opinion. For example, when I had my hatch struts replaced I told them they were noisy and did not lift in cold weather (both true). I highly doubt they even performed an inspection on them, because the weather was not cold enough to reproduce the problems when I went into the shop.
Your warranty can take care of the little annoying things you "put up with", but unfortunately it cannot proactively replace parts because those parts still need to show signs of failure. And often the sign of failure is not working in certain conditions, which you would have noticed already (with the exception of something like rust).
