I know they are kinda cheesy, but i think they are super fun. Currently I have been playing mouse hunt (via facebook) and just recently started playing o-game (ogame.us) Both are pretty passive, but highly entertaining. Just seeing if anyone else gets down on this type of game, or if i am just a super nerd lol.

I play Pandemic II from time to time, and the occasional retro-arcade game. Tablet games have pretty much taken the place of my internet gaming though.

Thanks to stuff like Unity, "Browser based" has a very different meaning than it used to.

I play Quake Live. Back in the day I used to play stuff like Travian. Definitely lots of good browser-based stuff out there.

both mousehunt and o-game, despite being passsive are actually really in depth and complex. Of course its one of those things that you can dive as deep as you want into it. I for one have been playing these for a while and go pretty hard with them lol. I think a lot of people just automatically think of mafia wars and crap that like when they hear browser based game, but there is sooooo much out there.
