Im doinga paper on hybrid vehicles ad i was looking for some insight on them. i.e. emissions, and such. also, i was looking for info about car emissions and the history of gasoline and emissions control and such. thanks

hybrids are just set up to run in a limited (optimal) region of bsfc.

its for english. we're supposed to write an argumentative paper on something controversial dealing with our majors. im ME, so i couldnt reallty think of anything other than hybrid cars and alternative fuels. so, i thougt i would include a little history on the stuff.
