I have a 2k max[auto] with headers and was wondering if anyone knows of anyone to flash it or something for better hp/tq?I have gotten it dynod and its only about 188hp 192tq

You are in the wrong engine section my friend.

The newer Maxima's (yours included) have VQ's, not VG/VE's...

a dealership can advance your timing by a few degrees to give you a few extra ponies. as for the ecu, i'm pretty sure jwt doesn't make one for the 5th gen but maybe technosquare (if they're still in business).
