I have a spyder xtra (one of fiznats!) with a smart parts progressive barrel, single finger trigger modification (dremel tool yo!) and running on just plain C02, its perfect for what I do with it

I especially love my little one finger trigger modification, it makes it much easier to hold onto, easier to shoot etc. I really dont understand the double finger triggers at all, they are less accurate imo because it's harder to aim and shoot the gun, especially one handed if the need ever arises.
Running Nitro/compressed air on any gun will make it perform more consistantly. CO2 is just too sensitive to too many things. The only thing that is good is that it's self regulating. CO2 converts from a liquid to a gas at right around 800 psi. Keeps the tanks cheap. But the liquid to gas conversion is also it's biggest fault.
Double triggers were conceived with the idea that the middle finger can pull the trigger faster than the index finger. It shouldn't affect accuracy if you are holding your gun correctly, either by cradling it against your lower arm, or if you have a stock, against your shoulder. Your trigger hand should not be supporting the weight of the marker at all. It only needs to help secure the gun against your body or shoulder. And even then it should only be minimal as you want your trigger hand to be somewhat relaxed.
You should not be shooting one handed. Even pistols should be held with two hands. One accurate shot is much more deadly then several poorly placed shots. And this holds true, probably even more with paintball markers. They are heavier and bulkier than pistols. Not to mention they are not as accurate.
