I dont mind getting my hands dirty, but the z32 brake swap sounds like kinda a pain in the butt, with making it a 5 lug setup and either having much fewer choices of wheels without the use of spacers.

Are there any other calipers that will fit an s13 that are say, 2 piston with a slightly larger rotor?

Thanks ya.

you don't have to convert to a five lug for the z32 brakes...just get some 5 lug rotors redrilled for 4 lugs:D but you can use some infiniti calipers that are a nice upgrade, but not as large (ie less clearance problems)...i'll let you know when i rememeber which infiniti ones they are...

damn man that was fast. are there any safety/reliability issues associated with redrilling the rotors? Cheap infinity calipers/rotors sounds pretty nice :)

no idea...I'll let you know if i do it!:D...

btw you really don't NEED new calipers, just upgrade the pads and rotors to something a little more sporty if you want better braking...but infiniti calipers sound like a good deal to the budget enthusiast like me:D

try the m45 brakes, or 350z (WHOO HOO, BREMBO!), or g35, or G20, or maxima, or JDM silvia- or austrailian, or skyline-expensive.

What about using stock wheels though. Will any fit under those?

Q45 brakes fit right under all the stock wheels and are the best brakes for our car IMHO. I think Z32 brakes are a waste of $$. Source your Q45 brake parts from the junkyard.
