any opinions on wheels?

so i REAALLLLLYYY wanna buy rims soon but i dont really know much bout them and i keep changin my mind on what i want. first off what is the difference between luxury rims and performance and if its my daily driver what do you guys think would be better?? next off i have a black a/c so what do you guys think would be better black, silver, chrome...? i was looking at a black lip with machine silver spokes, tsw willows to be exact

if you guys could give me some input or maybe some suggestions that would be much appreciated
