Searched zilvia and 240sx forum and found no posting with actual opinions about this aluminium bushing. I did find a few postings about it with some imaginations and anticipations though...
If any one has tried this, please let me know what difference these brought to your car.

if it's that metal disc with the 4 holes in it...
It's good if you're on the track all the time. If not, it's not worth the vibration you're going to deal with all the time through your steering wheel. Especially if you go on long drives often. Your hands will hurt.

Do you also have the steering bushing eliminator? Cuz I don't think they are talking about power steering at all...
And like 180fan said, a bushing eliminator will allow you to "feel" the road better and give you better response in handling. The trade off is comfort... as w/ most mods.

yeah, i have it and its a must for people without p/s. you see the stock bushing is not powered by the power steering so its made to have low torque on it. under the stress of manual steering it deflects much more and hinders steering feel alot. dont go m/s without it.
