Any one get Video In on the factory Nav on 08 altima?

I wanna hook up a back up camera on my wifes 2008 Altima. I did it on many cars but it seems on this particular car no company has an adapter. any ideas or help...?

I'm confused, the 08 altima with factory Nav already has a back up camera, doesn't it??? That's part of the technology package!
