Any one elses Xterra/Fronteir pickup transmission shift like crap(Dual cam KA 5 speed)?

Man, I bought my Xterra new not even a year ago and the transmission on it has gotten realley bad, It dosent want too go into 3 rd most of the time and seconds getting kinda bad. And before you ask, yes I can drive a standard and the truck only has 30k on it. If I need to change it will a 240sx or fronteir transmission work( I assume a truck transmission will, Not sure on the 240) Im getting frustrated with it becouse of this, I dont mind it being underpowerd but the transmission is getting on my nerves, That and the e brake that keeps loosening.

have you checked or upgraded your trans fluid since it started getting stiff? Maybe you are either low on fluid or the fluid needs to be changed. if you havent upgraded to redline gear oil try it. It will most likely improve your shift quality.
