The plug and play kind? I bought a Bi xenon kit and I don't see how it's high and low there is just a shield and it's not the kind that moves. Also when I turn on the lights the high beam indicator is on with the fogs, if I move it to the high beams they all cut off.. Any ideas??? Having awesome luck with this pos this month.

I have 10000k Up top and 3000k in the fogs for the past 2.5 years.

Could you post up a pic of your ballasts? One thing to try if yours are the same or similar to mine, is switch the plug the other way, but thats usually if you install it and the lights dont work, you put the plug in the reverse way and it works. Perhaps thats your problem.

I dont have bi xexons though, its 10000k normal light, and if i go to highbeam its normal halogen, i didnt care for bi xexon because the hids and fogs are more then enough and i dont really use my highbeams, and i didnt feel like paying the extra.

Edit: One other thing, do you have the standalone foglight relay mod done or no?

yeah there should be some kind of actuator to move it from HIGH/LOW position. this is an H4 bulb you bought correct? On this HID kit you have there should be a black looking box ( high/low control module) don't get it confused w/ the ballast or ignitor, im not talking about those! When you click the high beam lever your head lamps turn off because apparently it looks like they just sent you one w/ Low beam capability only. plus on these cars when you turn on the high beams your fog lamps are supposed to cutt out. It's just the way it is set up from factory.
there is a way to bypass this though so u can ride around with high beams and fogs , or turn fog lights on only by themselves.

I didn't run a relay it's all plug and play. I also got a 55 watt kit and it's bright as hell just doesn't hit the road that well it's kinda every where it literally looks like my brights are on... I have no actuator I think i may have the wrong bulbs. Miami you said if you hit your high beams you have halogens? I only have 1 bulb in my headlight (the HID unit)

to dark to get a pic at the moment but they look like every other kit I have seen.

Can you actually take a picture of your HIDS in general? ballasts and wires and all ( i mean the plugging part is near retard proof) but maybe something is missing?

I don't think it'll show up(too dark) but it is retard proof I mean no other way to hook it up everything matches up and plugs in, i'll go ot in a min and try to take one

youre headlights are stock... whats really doing it is the chrome housing... i got aftermarket heads, they have the chrome shroud but black housing, so that all over the place scatter is not present.

I've had tons of kits and none were this bad. The guy got back to me and said he is going to look at the wiring diagram from me. I do have a BI xenon kit but the base moves he said so there stuck in the high position so this explains why I'm hitting tree tops lol

Wow maybe your bulbs / lights arent aimed or installed right. My hid's are bright, but they dont scatter light as i see other people that have hids installed in non-projector housings. I also think our stock headlight housings are really good for light output but when i park mine far away from a wall it shines higher then my audi or sonata with their projectors, but thats because the cars higher, but my cutoff is good for a non projector housing

I'm going to pop them out tomorrow and look at the base. I can't drive this thing at night.

I just wanted to add modexpress went out of there way to help me get this right. It ended up being a resistor that needed to be flipped took all of 30 seconds to fix. I must say if any of you are looking at a kit check them out. You can even get a lifetime warranty.

Our stock reflector cutoff is actually pretty good. You're still going to give off some glare so you may need to aim down. I hope you consider projectors down the road. It really is night and day. Believe me. /nothreadjack

I just wanted a lil more light out of this thing, I'm not sinking any more money into it. I am doing a service job to it and fixing a electrical issue then it will be parked till spring.
