The lease will be up soon on my 2008 G35 and I'm trying to decide whether or not to add the Navi Package to the 2010 G37 that I am going to lease.

One of the biggest disappointments for me with my 08 is that the voice commands are so limited. For example, you couldn't select an XM radio station by voice command, there was no voice "scroll down" command, etc.

Have any improvements been made to this system in the 2010 G37's?

Thanks in advance for any info.

Someone posted up this link in another thread. I've had my car for 6 months and just now got around to playing with the voice commands. Mine is an '09 and I can tell you that it doesn't respond to the most basic commands, not sure if the '10 is any different. Like you said, I can use it to select CD, Music Box, Radio, Satellite Radio, etc., but it won't take a command for a specific station or track number.

The 2010 does have a completely different AV set-up. It also uses the USB instead of the CFC slot. iPod Interface is standard, and it works very well. I would assume there have been some upgrades in the voice commands as well, but I have yet to play with our new 2010 much because it is my wife's daily driver. I also know that the FSM is very different for the 2010 than the 2009 and older.
