I'm in Laurel. I wish there were enough 240's around to have a gathering of some sort. I'd love to see what everyone is driving around here.

I sold my 2000 S2000 before I bought my 240. I wish I could have had both. Mine was black with the black dash and red seats/carpet. I sure do miss it on nice weather days.

I'll take some over the weekend and try to post. I'm moving around some gauge pods, so want to get that done before I post. Also, forgot to mention I have an Exedy Hyper Single clutch/flywheel package and Energy Suspension Master bushing kit on the car.

What's up Chickenknob and Viet-Tam? What do y'all think about a MS 240 meet? I'd kinda like to line one up sometime. My wife is a professional photographer, so we'd get some pretty good pics out of it at least. We better do it before July though, because my daughter will be born around Aug. 2nd.

btw- clean hatch Tam

Thanks man. I plan on going KA-T sometime in the near future. We definitely need to get a meet up and take some pics. There aren't a lot of nissans where I live. Just a bunch of redneck wannabe ricers.

What's up man. You got a nice clean ride. I don't think I've ever seen your car. I would definitely notice it if I had. So what kind of mods do you have? Who did all your work on your car. I plan on going Ka-t with my stock motor hopefully soon. We need to meet up sometime b/c I would like to check out your ride.

man i thought you would have seen it. i had a ka-t blew it and went with the Redtop. i love the SR i left it stock and it has so much more power than the KA-T. i do all of my own work, i'm upgrading it now with a spec clutch lighter flywheel and a bigger turbo. inside i put sparcos and 4 point harnesses.

The reason I am going Ka-t is, b/c I have a built bottom end with forged rods, piston that I found for really cheap. I plan on piecing together a turbo kit for my stock motor since I have a back up one ready in case it gives out on me. Maybe you can help me with the build. Since you know something about these cars. Let me know if we can get together and work something out.

Okay here are a few pics. I'll have interior pics at a later date. Tell me what you think about my 240. I like to keep it clean and simple.

also i'm up for a MS 240 meet, we could meet some where along the natchez trace alot of nice spots though there and we could do a lil drive!

Your car looks great man! I wanted a white one but I couldn't find one. It is clean and simple, which is the only way to go IMO.

Thanks. 95 & 96 240s are rare and white ones even more so. I purchase this one back in 97 from Columbus Nissan w/ 13k miles and never had a problem with the KA engine but the summer of 07 I decided to go JDM. I read up on the advantages and disadvantages of the SR vs the RB and the final deciding factor was the torque the RB will produce vs the SR. All the weight transfer problems are not true, however controling the car under a new powerplant takes some getting used to. I now realize my old KA was just way too under powered for this car. If anyone has a 240 they should really consider swaping for SR or RB. They want be dissappointed or have a mustang or camaro problem anymore

Yeah I contemplated the RB swap, but opted for the SR. The reasons were a) more cost effective for my budget and parts/support at the timeb) I wanted to make the car into what it would have been in Japan

At times I wish I had gone with the RB25 NEO, but overall I'm satisfied with the S14 SR.
