meh, don't bother...spend the money elsewhere. lolbm3r wrote:I just wanted to push the wheels out a little to be more flush
that looks really good. are you running stock suspension?superficialfilter wrote:Here's a picture of mine. I'm running 25mm spacers with the stock rims. Sorry I don't have a pic with a better angle but the front ones are almost flush and the rear ones sit in about a 1/2" or so. It looks a lot better IMO. The only downside is it makes you more aware of how skinny the stock tires are when you see it from behind.
this is the exact setup I want! please post more pics of any angles you have. I was searching on the install, but found that you have to do this (is that what you did?):zerothread?id=239174superficialfilter wrote:I've got Eibach pro-kit springs with koni yellows. Its a nice ride for a DD.
this is exactly what im going to do. I might even replace all the control arms. Im all about a comfortable ride. I dont care how low it looks etc. Pics would be greatsuperficialfilter wrote:Yeah I had to do all that. Its not too bad. I went ahead and replaced the upper strut mounts, the bump stops, the strut bushings in the rear and all the boots while I was at it. I'll try and post some better angled pictures tomorrow.
was there any other suspension components or was that it to replace?superficialfilter wrote:Yeah I had to do all that. Its not too bad. very nice!! thanks for the pics! I knew I should of gotten wider tires!!superficialfilter wrote:Sorry it took so long to get the pictures up...work, school...you know how it is. Anyway, here you go. Hope these help. FYI I've got 225/50/16 tires instead of the stock 205/55/16.
To answer your question- I just figured it would be a good idea to replace everything while I had it apart.
