Looking to see if there's any NJ KA24DETs because if I decide to go KA-T, I might need some hands on help.

There's a guy I know in Newark who does KA-T installs. He just started out and getting his name out there so he'll do it for a great price. I was at his shop last weekend, gonna have him do my KA-T install, clutch and timing chain.

How would I go about contacting him? Does he have an email or website? Oh, let me know how your KA-T turns out.

Raymond Motorworks. The mechanic is Tommy. He did a lot of work with me on mine, and is a great guy. Good prices and great service. If you have time to give your car to him, he will make sure everything is perfect. We took my car out to Carlisle NicoFest and it was GREAT. You tell us what you want done, and it will be.

Let me know if your intrested. Drop me an e-mail or something, [email protected]

And Warren, you won't regret it Going to install my brakes in a couple weeks, is your car going to be there? Maybe we can go out crusing one day.

Heh, I was just going to say, where's DevilMB? If I had the time I'd probably give my 240 for you guys to work on. Yours took a goddamn beating at Carlisle and it sounds like it's still going strong.

But hell, I don't even have my 240 right now

Chris...what happened? Hit me up on AIM sometime if you don't feel like sharing, lol. DevilMB3017 there as well.

And yeah, the car is still going strong. Front calipers, and rotors and pads all around are up soon and the first KA-T oil change.

Ehh it's nothing major, a little cosmetic work after I drove behind a women driver. But of course I live in redneck Pennsylvania, so unless it's a Chevy or Ford NO ONE knows what the hell to do. Been waiting over two weeks now for the body shop to get a 240SX headlight motor. =/ They claim they got the wrong part in at first...which I don't see how it's possible honestly. How many 240SXs had pop-ups exactly? It's not like there were five generations to get confused with.

What calipers are you going with now?

When is Formula D? I was thinking about going and wouldn't mind it for sure. The 14th I think? I wonder if it's sold out...

And sorry to the OP for thread jacking...but Loki, I'm going with Z32 30mm aluminum fronts with a kit to use 350Z track rotors. Stock rear calipers with drilled/slotted rotors. Hawk HPS pads all around for now.

Yup, June 14th.Is the 350z rotor a direct bolt on? same size as the 300z? if not you'll prolly need to get brackets made to offset the distance.Do the 300z brake master cylinder upgrade while your at it.

Hey Steve, I'll be handing over my car to Tommy as soon as I get my jwt ecu and injectors back from them. Last week they said they'll put a rush on it. Got a few small things here and there left to buy.Tommy's gonna pull the engine and do the clutch, replace a couple of seals and timing chain while its out.

R u goin to Formula D? we should meet up and roll down together.

The brackets to offset the caliper, along with the 4-lug front rotors should be at my house via UPS today. They're like 12.75 inch rotors or something. I'll snap some pictures later.

I've replaced the BMC since I've had the car and it has less then 5K miles on it. I'm going to take a chance on it at first.

Uh, I will be in another year and a half.

Brake set-up sounds nice Steve! I really want to do a bigger front brake upgrade...too lazy to track some down though.

Only been through one semester so far, and only had one eng. class then, so I can't really say. Most of the hardcore engineering classes aren't til Junior year or sophomore year at best.
