Here in the Northwest we get more than our fair share of rain & fog. I was driving home from Seattle the other day and wishing I had a rain light (or rear fog light, or whatever you want to call it). Having come from mostly Euro stuff, I'm used to having a switch on the dash. The Japanese don't seem to know what a rain light (rear fog) is.I did a search on eBay.uk and found no indication that Nissan sold these cars anywhere in Europe, so my initial plan to get new rear lights is out. Has anybody come up with a clever way of integrating a rain light into the Q rear end? Thanks

Actually. I have a left over PIAA 65w spot/fog/driving white light, that I do plan to mount to the underside/rear of the vehicle on teh passenger side. I plan to wire it with a relay, getting its main power, from the amplifier's I have mounted in the trunk.

Although It is different than the super bright taillight that is used in most euro vehicles. It should serve as a pretty decent saftey device. Pointed downward enough, it wont blind anyone, and it should illuminate nicely when in reverse, or switched on.

Piaa makes a low profile 10 led one for about $60.00,would mount under bumper,or use in place of 3rd brake light in rear deck, wired as both stop and fog light,as needed.
