Any interest? Another manifold option.

I've been in contact with a local company who's looking into possibly producing a cheaper topmount turbo manifold for rb's. I know theres a huge jump in price for either ebay manifolds or $1300+ for nice ones so I figured there might be some interest in a decent cheaper top mount. What would your opinion be on a manifold similar to the one shown below but with the top flange leveled out more (to avoid the turbos hitting the valve covers) and the waste gate flange moved to the side of the collector to help with the boost control problems some have? Any input is appreciated.

Its the same manifold thats all over the place.

man cheaper would be nice but quality is what most of us here are really looking for yet we cant afford them bada$$ manifolds so a cheaper one would be nice.. however i personally would like to have one that sits the turbo more towards the front like say maybe on the 2nd n third runner instead of the dead middle.. itbe farther from the master cylinder and that would be less heat to it..

I modified my ebay style manifold, and it help up surprisingly well. I pushed my car hard on the track all year.

I think many of us are in the boat of not needing the most perfect flowing/equal length/divided manifold with twin gates. That just adds to the cost.

I am currently working on an RB manifold made from sch40 steel. I am avoiding stainless for a few reasons. Cost mainly though. With stainless the materials are more expensive, need to backpurge and so on. I own a RHD car so clearancing for LHD may take a bit of tweaks. I am building my own as we speak. I intend to sell one after for just a touch above price of materials/supplies only to see what that person thinks and how it fits. It will be t3 single gate non-divided and not equal length. But I am attempting to make the runners close.
