What's your engine oil change interval? What oil & filter you do use?
Air filter look OK? If it looks ridiculously dirty or clogged, replace it.
Fuel filter recent? If not, change it out with a Wix 33023 or NAPA Gold 3023.
Replacement guide here.
Transmission fluid look good and smell fine?
Change the transfer case & differential fluids if you haven't yet. Grease the driveshafts with any NLGI #2 lithium soap base grease every oil change.
How's the power steering fluid look & smell? If it looks really dark or smells burnt, change it out using a turkey baster & synthetic ATF; do this a few times with a couple days of driving in between until you go through the entire quart of new ATF. Afterwards, siphon & fill the power steering fluid reservoir every other oil change to help keep the fluid fresh.
Flush the brake fluid. Use any DOT 3 or 4 fluid.
If you don't know if the coolant was flushed, get it flushed somewhere. If you get it flushed at a dealership, ask for the long-life Blue coolant; it's compatible with the factory green coolant and is an upgrade.
Cabin air filter ever been changed? If not, replace it! A Wix 24863 or NAPA Gold 4863 is basically identical to OEM and will cost about $20 at your local NAPA.

I echo
Pathy415's suggestion of inspecting and/or replacing the drive belts & cooling system hoses.
If you haven't yet, get your Pathfinder inspected
for the strut housing corrosion recall. Also consider
applying threadlocker on the power valve screws to prevent possible engine damage should one come loose; several owners have had this happen to their R50s in the past few months.
