I for sure know I want to paint my headlights and clear the turn signal in the headlight (going to keep the led bulb amber though before someone shouts at me just going to make the cover to it clear). My car is black and I figure I'll do the lights black or grayish. What is the best kind of paint to use and any how to's??? Also how can you modify the tails without changing them completely?

Get JDM clear corners, and just get some SMOKED OVERLAY

easiest way to get that clean black look ... be warned tho .. overlay is one use only .. once its on , theres no turning back .. SO be very very very CAREFUL and youll be just fine , you can even get overlay on your headlights http://carcustomz.com/osc/index.php

If you get overlays, I always recommend Andrew @ http://www.bluebatmobile.net

As far as painting your headlight housings and clearing the blinker, its a PITA. But, its well worth it. (I've done that, added the CCFL light strip in the clearance strip, and made the blinker ONLY blink -- not coming on with the headlights).

I also got PIAA Xtreme White bulbs for my blinkers and clear side markers. :D
