This morning i started noticing that the auto up feature on my drivers side window doesnt seem to work. When i turn on my car and fully push both passenger and drivers windows down, they go down all the way. But when trying to turn them back up and yet while fully lifting both up only the passender window goes all the way up and the drivers window stays right where i left it. I do apologize if this has been covered before.should i take it to the dealer or is there a quick reset to this?thanks in advance!

Hey, this happened to me when I disconnected the battery to install my HID's and it just happened a few days ago. I do not know what is causing this, but I am having that trouble too.

It did fix itself after my HID's. But when I installed the Fujita intake a few days ago, it happened again.

With the window down, hold the switch to roll them up, and once its closed keep holding it for about 5 seconds. Whenever the motors loose power from the battery you have to reset the pinch sensor (that detects if someones arm is out of the window when its closing automatically). This is fairly common reset procedure for most vehicles that have auto-up windows. My audi and scion were the same, so its good for future reference.

It's also in the manual ( the black booklet that's in the glovebox)
