Any issues that I need to keep a eye out for and or years to stay away from if I'm going to be in the market for a Armada in the near future?

only look at 2006+. 2008+ preferred.

manifolds (could be cracked). prior to 2006, check brake rotors. more plastic on the inside 2004 to 2005.
