Heh, she was a White House intern... so this probably isn't the first time she's been in a situation like that

Seriously though, I think this is BS. How can you sexually harass someone over the phone by telling them your fantasies and ****. If she didn't want to hear it, she could very easily hang up. Instead, she recorded them. That's a setup right there. If he really did that ****, it's creepy, but he played right into a plan I'd bet she's been working on since she first found out he was a perv old man, and decided it was a weakness she could extort. I'd also be willing to bet that she DID try to extort him, and he decided that it was worth the **** to let it come out rather than give in to some ***** who wanted his money.

Gabossie is right...on both posts. He didn't hold the phone to her ear. She did. And she plugged a tape recorder in too. It's all a big extortion scam. Yay.

I don't know she probably has a case against O'Reilly but Fox and Westwood it wouldn't seem like. How did they create that kind of work environment, it would be hard to prove. Although reading it it seems like she was a bitter woman that was upset that she wasn't going to be able to go up any farther, she didn't seem to mind what he was saying when she got a raise.

I wasn't saying that she doesn't have a legal case, just that she is a dirty ***** with no morals and that she is the kind of person that uses and abuses people and the system for her own gain. The kind of people we do without.

no, if you are employees and you report a condition of sexual harassment to your employer and they do not attempt to remedy the situation, they are liable.since some of the acts ocurred outside the workplace, the individual himself is also liable.

This is a complaint. This is simply the plaintiff's cause of action. The evidence needs to be presented. You can't base any case on a complaint. They can pretty much say whatever they want. As with any case there are always 2 sides. And it's not like the plaintiff will be presenting any evidence or arguments that contradict her own.
