Has anyone found any good looking spoilers to replace the original one on a S13 hatchback. Hopefully one that hides where the old bolt holes are somewhat?

the only one that looks semi good sometimes is OEM type X, and you pretty much have to have the rest of the Type X kit to pull that off.

theres some subtle wings out there that can be just fine with the stock body or subtle aero, not everything has to be all out

Repair your holes from old spoiler and repaint your hatch the same color as the rest of your body!! Dont put a spoiler, even the 180sx Type X wing looks gay! Unless your pushing more than 400whp you dont ever need a wing!! Lol i love when you see those stupid teenagers with the wanna be import car (like a chevy caviler) with a ten foot wing on them!! HAHAHAHA that makes me smile!! Gives peace of mind that there are still some really dumb a** people in this country!! ..... NOT!

:werd: i like oem. hence my trunk and spoiler dont even match my car.(white trunk, black spoiler) off 2 different cars. but the type x wing on a hatch looks nice to me though.

The foam spoiler CAN look cool.

But chances are, it won't.

If you're going to be throwing out the dumbass card at least try to get your own facts right. Yes there are plenty of people who put huge completely non functional wings on riced out cars and yes that is stupid. But to say that you don't ever need a wing unless you have 400whp is just as ignorant. Lower powered fwd cars get used for motorsports quite often, mostly in racing that requires cars to go around CORNERS *gasp* I know your idea of racing is probably limited to straight line pulls down the highway against you buddy's civic, so I'll forgive you for not knowing anything about legitimate forms of motorsport. These types of cars (real race cars) with all the weight of the engine and drivetrain over the front wheels, tend to be very light at the rear. This is where you need a wing to push the back of the car down to keep you from coming out of every corner backwards. So it really has nothing to do with the power of the car at all. Think it over.

apologies to the OP [/endthreadjack]

My car with it's stock foam spoiler... I think looks fine. BUT THAT THING WEIGHS A TON and is shaped wrong.. doesn't make downforce so much as it makes drag. Which is why I'm replacing it with quoted wangan spoiler from ebay....
Image

Back when it was stock...

Plus you can see where it's been damaged from my old bike rack. 3 bikes on a rack attached to the car by straps attached to the spoiler works fine till you hit large railroad tracks... EPIC FAIL!! lmao
Image

And what a wangan looks like on a grey hatch with otherwise STOCK body.
Image

And on a BAD a** machine. (my cars role model...)
Image

This one looks good too IMO

eh.. that would look 1,000,000x better with the original 3rd brake light shaved. look redundant to have one there and on the spoiler

Are you selling the spoiler or the car? What brand spoiler is it? Thanks for taking the time to reply.

In the picture the wing looks like it is raised up off the car. The main thing I don't like about the stock one on my car is that it sits flat on the hatchback and traps dirt and water, bad combination.
