To answer your topic, I have the info. I bought one a while back. Now the first thing that gave me problem was fitting. You'll notice it says "altima" which means, fitting issues. In my s14, I couldn't make enough room for my tiny t3 to clear the brake cylinder when on the manifold. So that's the first issue. Secondly, the welds bled like crazy. When the head gasket blew, and oil was being pushed through the exhaust, you could see clearly oil oozing out the welds. So basically, don't buy it, it's a piece of CR*#! The manifolds mentioned here are great, but I can see that they are a bit pricey, but that's most manufacturers. I did find a good forged manifold that has never given me issues, and it was $275. Down in Miami. But to recap your question, don't buy it. If you do, be prepared for major headaches. Save up more money and get a good one. otherwise you'll just waste more money, like me.

i've heard good things about ss autochrome. they are supposed to make bullet proof manifolds, and turbo's that will live longer than you. you should buy everything you can find from them, even if you don't need it. that stuff is like gold... you can never have too much.

if i had the money i would buy ssac all the time but they are a little pricey for me.

you should just get an sr20det... man i hear them things have like 500 hp stock. and then you can get a blow off valve. i think they add like 20 hp, depending on what size it is. get a wastegate too.

seriously though, there is a search button.

yea i did the search the ssa mainfold are crap. i was just trying to put together a cheap turbo kit for my s14, so far i have a to4b, hks ssqv, boost, a/f gauge, and i know a place that will make me a 3" downpipe, i'm buying a fmic soon, so all i need is the i/c pipes and mainflod and oil lines and ill be turbo again.. only plan to boost 5-6 psi on vortec fmu and a walbro 255.. ill probably get a revhard, its good price and the cheapest..

thanks for the help 1

And while your at it, sell your turbo for something smaller, at only 5-6 psi you are horribly out of the effieciency range of that big T04 and it will spool slow.

for 5-6 lbs, you don't need an FMU. btw, but if you want on, I have one.

That ebay auction is too funny...

1st off:If u look at all the pics of the manifold from different angle's, ull notice that the last manifiold picture is not the same as the other one's...

2nd: The turbine shown is a 5 bolt output. The downpipe is a 4 bolt flange. Although the turbo and downpipe are not part of the auction, its just funny that they put that stuff in there..!!

This is way too funny..!!!

im gona stick with the to4b becasue im planing later to boost 15psi, but thats after some 555cc injectors and a jwt ecu, and a msd btm,

question how much do i retard the timeing when only boostin 6psi?

and yes the a/f gauge is useless, it will just fill a space in a 2 pod gauge pillar.

now were talking...alright...yeah the revhard is a good manifold..its what im running....ive seen people selling them used for as low as 275....you dont want it too old but just prep it...

if your only running the fmu for a short period of time like a few months you should be fine...dont let people convince you too run without an fmu...im assuming your knew to the turbo scene so lets keep it safe as possible.

since you have a msd btm, smart move bwt, just set it to .5 degrees retard per psi and your good...

looks like your off to a good start...just keep in mind never buy SSA...its ironic....to save money..you must spend MORE money to do it right the FIRST time..instead of going cheap and blowing it
