I would really like to convert my puddle lamps in the side mirrors to LED.. honestly it looks a bit lame walking towards the car when every single courtesy bulb has already been switched over to daylight white LED and then seeing that yellow old Benjamin Franklin bulb illuminating on my white doors that make it all the more ukk, I honestly can’t believe they aren’t burnt out by now.. Off the top of anyone’s head know what chapter for getting into the side mirrors to access the bulb? :slap:

Try removing the mirror and looking down into the tube that feeds to the lamp. There should be a way to pull the bulb from there.
Otherwise, the FSM probably doesn't go into detail disassembling the mirror, but it starts with removing the glass to access about 4 screws holding the tilting assembly onto the housing. and them 3 screws at the bottom of the swivel joint.

I can't recall what it is, but I believe it's one of those bulbs with a round globe and 2 protrusions that notch into the female receptacle like some dome light bulbs.
