Has anyone had experiences with the XSpower te/t04e ? and is it a descent turbo, Will it last a little while? they look good in real person , probably the best packed product ever bought as far as new turbos go. What manifold to use and why my dam revhard can't fit it. The turbo hits strut tower! I was making new downpipe to make a switchable turbo setup (easy swap setup)but the XS power turbo looks to be good. my question is it worth change of manifold to go to the t3?to4e over what now I have Big Kahuna T4 on center .58 a/r with tO4 .70a/r good for 700hp. it hits boost at 3900rpm has some lag but hits hard, I bought this turbo rid some lag. I run 13-17lbs daliy 21-24 messing around racing .

I just wanted some thoughts on it and if anyone has this turbo from XSpower.

thanks for input.

i've come to know saying things like "hope and OK" usually arent good to say, sometimes it works out but honestly its unneeded risk. im still trying to get myself to stop being cheap on certain things and go with quailty everytime

Ok, buying an SSAutocrap manifold is one thing cuz they're cheap enough to replace and don't cause damage. Buying a turbo from them is totally different. Just don't.

if you're on a budget and you are willing to take a chance then go for it. they have a bad reputation but as always you get what you pay for... some people get lucky and their stuff holds up... others dont and they break in half like structure said...

just as has been said a million times before it is a budget setup so it would be great if people would stop treating it like something it's not.... it is not a high dollar kit that will provide you with years of great reliable 450+hp fun... it is a budget kit. buy at your own risk.

people who flame ssautochrome/xspower because they don't provide the same level of performance/reliability/customer service/(whatever else you want to tack on there) as other kits (greddy, bd, pk, nsport, etc) just sound ignorant.... of course it's not going to be the same. the reason is because they are manufacturing cheap kits.... i don't think ssautochrome ever came out saying "we're competing with phatka-t and greddy and boost designs and everyone else that makes a higher quality kit." they just make cheap stuff and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. many have success with their kits, and i'm sure many have problems... it's a gamble but when you're on a budget gamb|ing is something you'll have to do... buying a second hand turbo and used parts is a gamble too... so budget setups whether new or used are a gamble. good luck gamb|ing, the odds may be against you...

no, do not go for it, you are wasting your money. You will have a week tops before the thing destroys itself. Just don't. If you do it, don't come back and ask why it blew up, because I will build a machine that can slap you in the face through the computer just to let you know you should have listened.

just say no.

did u have personal experiences with these turbos toki? im no advocate for the turbo but after close inspection of one, i would think the thing would last for more than a week. Ive read the horror stories about it but that has to be a freak occurrence since no one has heard about another one............in reality, if the guy has money or the time to sell that turbo or buy another one would u suggest that or just put the turbo on?

No, but I have spoken with people who have bought them, as well as the person who owns the shop I bought my turbo from, he gets atleast 2 or 3 calls a week from people needed these Turbo XY stamped turbos rebuilt.

They are total ****. You don't have to believe me, but call any reputable shop like PhoenixTurbo or AGPTurbo, they will tell you absolutely they are not worth the metal they're made of.
