Any experience updating Nav data?

Just got a new G35x. What a great car!!The nav system is a bit out of date with many local POI.Has anyone done data updates? How has it gone?

All POIs are stored on the discs, so you have to buy new discs, and you have to find ones that can be used with Infiniti systems.
