before i get flamed i have already searched for info on coilover sleeves. didnt come up with much. only people selling them and and problems about installing it because of the perch. so with that said, would installing coilover sleeves pose a problem considering i have AGX's and the little perch in the front shocks? it must handle better for sure though right? let me know if its either good o bad or both. thanks in advance. and now for some funny icons.

I don't see how it would handle substantially better. Just save up for some good struts and lowering springs, or an entry level pair of coilovers. You will be much happier with the results. You can get new megan streets for cheap, and buying lightly used stuff off the forums will save you lots of money.

if you're gonna go sleeves, check out ground control sleeves on some konis.

buying used stuff has always been an option for me. yet i would like to try out different setups before i settle in with coilovers. would sleeves on AGX's make for a possibly good setup?

It will be OK, but the only sleeves that are decent are the Ground Controls, like 180fan said. They might be ok on AGX's, but some reason or another, they GC's work best when paired with Koni's, again like 180fan recommended. But when you're already spending that much, you might as well get cheap coils, like the megans.

i suppose. but im on a really really tight budget and $800+ for megan street coilovers just isnt in the picture right now. thats why i wanted to go with the sleeves for now to substitute for the adjustable height. any suggestions for some springs that give a 2" guaranteed drop? i need lower than the, what? like 3/4 of an inch you get from the s. tech springs? i need a lower drop. any good suggestions?
