Any Easy Way To Change J30 Brakelight Actuator Switch?

The one that switches off the CC when the brake pedal is depressed. The actuator is broken leaving my CC permamently off. There doesn't appear to be a way to get tools on it without removing the dash even though it's right there in plain view. Any tricks to get at it?

its a beeotch to get at btu you can do it. i think its 14mm.

I used an open end wrench. You have to lay down with your head right next to the brake pedal.. Its about the most uncomfortable position imaginable.. I would recommend having your chiropractor on hand...

You are talking about removing the switch itself, or something else?
