Any double din kits for an 06/qx56?

I snagged an 06 qx56 today... I need to get an aftermarket stereo put in due to no blue tooth or aux input. Not finding many in searches... Some for armadas and Titans... do they fit? Only thing for qx56 seem to be wood trim..

I'm hoping to install a double din touch screen with Android auto. I have nonuse for the built in nav in the qx56...

Any advice or am I looking at a totally custom job?
