just curious to see how many dj's are on these forums

if you are post your set up and what you spin...

i have a pair of stanton str8100's with a vestax pro 05 mixer hooked up to serato

i like to spin hip hop and underground ish

I think Kornmanz is a dj. Hes made several songs and made threads about them in gen chat.

House hobby DJ.

I have 2 Numark Tt200's and some cheap Gemini mixer.

IDK about everyone else, I love mixing between 2-3 devices but get annoyed at djs who do everything on a laptop and still screw up beat matching. I have done nothing but vinyl up til now but I hope to buy some DVD-j's if I can afford it.

altima member "maxentropy" is a dj too, but he doesn't really leave the altima section from what i see...

How much did your cd-j's cost you? I want to go digital and start practicing again. I also installed an old version of Reason and need to find a midi keyboard and make new stuff.

Also is digital mixing as fun as vinyl?
