Does anyone have any clue what body kit/manufacturer this is?

Or is it custom?

The front lip is a TBO (msa sells replicas) and the tail is PB Tweaks (powertrix sells replicas)

The fender flares are stock "narrow" fenders of the cars. They were featured on the 84/85 models in the states, but changed to a slightly wider flare for the 86-89 markets. The narrow flares were kept in Japan for tax purposes for most models.

Side skirts are probably Central 20, but could be some other Japanese company that you could only get over there. MSA might sell something similar.
