any advice on removing headers?????

im trying to replace my oem headers but its just one big maze underneath there(especially the left side with all the ac pipes and hoses) and i dont know where to begin. Any one no any sites that give you step by step instructions or does anyone know how to go about it?

Replacing the headers is going to be easier from underneath the car, so a lift is recommended. I haven't done it myself, but from what I have read it is a PITA. If you are not mechanically inclined, I would let a shop do it.

My advice is not to do it...the gains don't outweigh the cost of aftermarket headers. I did a header install on my 97 LT1 firebird and the end results didn't justify the effort. Headers leak, get hot, and might void your emissions equipment warranty.
