any advice on kouki bodykit installation?

im getting ready to start all the bodywork on my car, i'll probably do everything in this order...

radiator core suppor, take the hood off, take front/rear bumpers off and side skirts, put in the new headlights and corners. put the bodykit on, paint.

so, what do you guys think? i never really worked with a bodykit before so i'm just looking to see is it a direct bold on modifiaction? or is there anything else that needs to be done? it's the C West kit, for my car, so i'm expecting all the holes to be drilled...

any advice is appreciated, i searched.

Just to give youu a heads up chris. even with all the holes predrilled, aftermarket bodykits never fit perfect. YOu should just mount the kit and when you go to get it painted (assuming your getting the whole thing painted like we were discussing) have the body shop guys even out all the little gaps. Oh and one more thing please not MACCO please

I would remove front bumper give viewing space for rad support..then remove rest. Sideskirts 10mm bolts underside 1screw front/back end cap. then held onto body by plastic tabs..just pull some will break but doesn't matter.Only issues may be trimming of stock bumper foam/support. possibly.

If you have to go with maaco, prep the care yourself and remove everything you don't wanted possibly oversprayed. IE: lights..

what kit did you buy? the good fiberglass kits are pricey but worth it if you dont want a ****load of bodywork to fit it, if you havent already purchased a kit i have one for sale, and im in florida too

I bought my car with the Veilside kit and I will probably only keep the sideskirts. I'm looking foward to seeing it done.

i completelt forgot about this, to put the rear bumper on do you guys think i'll have to take the exhaust off? i have an apexi n1 dual.

I seen it and it looks dam nice. I'm jealous. I deceided to go with the Origin streamline kit for my car.
