Unfortunatly I can't make it from Houston for the meet, however I will be in Las Colinas Apr 7-11th for training if anyone nearby wants to meet up for drinks one night. Too bad though I will be flying in and won't have my coupe....

went by the winghouse (addison) tonight to speak with the general manager and i put us down for the 26th which was the first availible date he could reserve front row parking. if this conflicts with anyone who was wanting to attend the meet or if this is pushed too far back from the 12th, just let me know and we can re-schedule to an earlier date. if this is good for everyone just lemme know so i can have a car count on how many spaces we need. i already have 10 spaces for sure, but if we need more it's no problem.what i reserved was 2pm April 26th, Addison Winghouse

Bump for some crazy a$$ weather! 80+ mph winds, 6" rain per hour & possible tornados. There were trees all over the place. I saw one on top of a truck where I live. Thank God for my 2 car garage.

I had a neighbor who was missing his fence. No, it didn't just blow down, it was missing. I was luck, my house is between two larger houses. They apparently took the brunt for the winds.

the winds and or tornado blew the roof off of our building that is about 800,000 square feet. just imagine 800,000 square ft. of roofing insallation boards all over the place. whada freakin' mess! the next morning it took a crew of 6 about 3 hours to get all the water out of our building by means of squeegies and electric wet floor sweepers.we hold about 35,000 to 45,000 wheels in our warehouse that thank god a couple months ago we moved off the floor onto b and c level racking because we were having roof leaks and the boxes were getting soggy and damaged and the part numbers weren't able to read. If we hadn't have done this we would be soooooooooo asssssss'ddddd out right now.anyway, can't wait for the meet - BUMP!

but the weather channel said last weekend that it would rain today (WHICH IT DIDN'T). lets just play it by ear til thursday and maybe the forecast will change for a clear sunny saturday and we can make a decision then **crosses fingers**

last night i got off work and headed up to the winghouse to have a beer and the place is closed. the son of a #%^&%$ manager didn't even call me to tell me. the parking lot is still availible, but there's no winghouse!!!! maybe they had a fire or something like that.
