Ah! When you said "full size", I thought you meant regular tire - maybe on a smaller wheel. My error ... sorry!

However, I would still check with Tire Rack ... they still might be able to help with a lesser cost solution.

P.S. I remember on my old Nissan 300ZX Turbo, it didn't even have a small spare wheel and tire - it was a folded piece of rubber, wrapped around a small wheel and needed a can of gas to inflate and use it! I was lucky that I never needed it in 6 years of driving that car.
