The wife and I are eyeing the 05's with the upgraded power and new stouter stance....anybody thrown down on one yet?

Okay, so nobody replied...this is kind of a dead forum compared to the Q45 one..anyhow, threw down on a 05' X-Terra S in the Grey with a few nice options. Found one that had 5k on it for 18k and couldn't resist...pics coming in two weeks when I get to LA to pick it up (my dad checked it out in LA and gave it thumbs up).

Thanks, this is kind of a dead zone on this site. I mostly (as you probably know) post in the Infiniti General section, I'm getting it this Sunday...BTW, if you have any interest in the old Maxima let me know ASAP [email protected] or it goes to charity soon..

Okay, so an update I have rolled 2,200 miles on the truck and I love it. What a bargain vehicle for this day in age. And being able to row through the gears, hooo yaaaa.

I havent seen any roll into the dealer for problems yet. Might have a new model success story [ no bugs] We will see though over the next few months.

Hows that??If you open your gallery and bring up the picture you want, right click in the picture,click properties, copy the http//www.~.img heading in it. then paste it between the image brakets you get when you click the picture link at the top of your reply window.

Hey Jeff, do you have a hitch on your xterra? If so was it there when you bought it? If so you may have a recall on it. New recall came out about a week ago.

Nope, mine didn't come with the hitch so I was not subject to the recall, at least I do not think have to worry about it since mine didn't have it pre-installed. I got two postcards about it already. I have to add a hitch soon so I can use it for bikes.

BTW, I was subject to the recall, didn't matter if you had the hitch, it was the electrical box. Got it fixed under the recall.

Man, you got that Yellow, I totally wanted that but the wife was against it. At the end of the day it didn't matter because I found the one truck it was in grey.

which trim level did you get BTW. I just got the S level but have power package and a few other goodies.

One thing you should know, the BF Goodrich tires suck. I had one that was run flat by the nimrods that drove it from Texas to CA and the tire leaked. I ended up trading in all 3 at America's Tires for the Goodyear Forenza's and it is like night and day. You can wear them out but don't go back with them, the Goodyears are highest rated, the truck drives so much better and corners so much more confidentially now, night and day.
