Whats up ppl?
I was wondering if anyone has a detailed image of the M37X engine? I have antifreeze leak on the driver side of the vehicle. I am seeing antifreeze sitting on the manifold which is to the right of the steering rod. I also see antifreeze on the transfer case of the transmission.
I try to see what hoses, if any are in that area of the engine. The car does not over heat, but I smell if from time to time. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you been able to review the FSM available on this site? Does that provide you the information you need?

I recently did a spill and fill with coolant at 65K. I noticed the same exact issue with the same exact symptoms. In my case, the coolant appears to be coming from the thermostat housing area.

Ilya’s suggestion is spot on. Looking from the car I couldn’t really tell where the leak originated. After looking at the FSM, it helped to point me in the right direction. I don’t know your mileage, but consider hoses too while you’re in there. I’m searching for discount codes on Infiniti parts to compare against rockauto. Plan to knock it out before it gets cold.

"Vapor leaks" and very small leaks in obscure spots can be a complete PITA to track down with conventional methods. Even the tiniest leaks can't hide from UV dye. Consider a dye and flashlight kit if you can't find it any other way.
