antifreeze/coolant for altimas

Owners manual says to use "Genuine Nissan Anti-freeze coolant or equivalent".So is there an equivalent on the market or should I stick with the Nissan?? Prestone 50/50 coolant should be ok, right?

Prestone is fine. Manufactures always try to say to use only their specific fluids, so they can make money off you.
