I am thinking about replacing my antifreeze container and also my clutch's. I was wondering if I can easily remove it, for the antifreeze theres only one little hose connecting to it held down by couple screws, also the clutch too, it's so dirty it LOOKS full on the outside but really is not. I checked it often because of this, I want to get rid of this burden, and possibly replace it, anyone know where I can get it at?, if also possible I can clean it? Would I trip anything if I take these out? or should I take out negative battery terminal before I do this. Please be specific. Thanks

I believe the antifreeze container is your overflow catchcan. Nissan wants like $75 for a new one. Im gonna try and find one in the boneyard (not many wrecked 240s where i live). As far as your clutch master cylinder, if it leaks, your should replace it before it goes completely out (leaving your clutch pedal sitting on the floor, unable to do anything). That'll get you a nice shiny new one! Clutch master cylinder should run you about $50 or so.

I don't really need to replace them, it's just so dirty I can't see the TRUE level of its liquid. But I guess I have to now, I don't wanna pay more than 50 for a container. I rather clean it up.
