1999.5 Pathfinder 4x4 Automatic3.3L V6New body style, VIN from 35001

so my injectors are not getting pulse from the ECU because apparently the ANTI THEFT is not working. Im thinking there is a corrosion problem in the harness somewhere...but instead of ripping through that, is there any way i can bypass the damn anti-theft?

thanks for all your help

if you turn the key on does the security light on the dash stay on? if so its a bad key or may be in lock mode. if the light does not stay on you have someother problem. if the car is in lick mode you can try leaving the key in the on position for 30 minutes to take it out of lock mode.

if the problem is anti-theft you need to get your keys programmed. there is no real way to bypass the antitheft syste that i have found.

so i found out the problem. its the cam sensor in the distributor. my distributor bearings went and so i bought a used one. it ran fine and then started running like crap...and then died and all those problems started happening. the cam sensor is giving out spark but it isnt giving the ECU signal to give pulse to the injectors. anywhere i can just get the cam sensor instead of buying the whole distributor? Nissan dealers wont sell internal parts individually. it sucks.

thanks.
