' 98: trying to get the antenna motor out to replace the mast and clean out the broken pieces to make sure it works. Found a couple of posts about people doing it, but I must be the stupidest person around, because the white clip that holds the wires onto the case has me totally baffled. I have the little hinge thingys pried up and out, but nothing is moving. I might be able to get a picture of where I am at, but I just don't know what removes from what and when I should pry to overcome tension, as opposed to breaking things. Please help :bang :bang

Nope. Read that, but doesn't answer my question. Thanks for the reply, tho. I am wanting to take the motor out of the car so I can open it up and remove bits & pieces. All instructions basically say just that, remove motor. Well, This white plug is giving me fits. Actually everyone of these type of clips drive me nuts, because it's hard to tell what move, what is the latch and where it's attached, etc. it would be incredible if there was a database of all, or at least typical type of these kinds of electrical plugs/clips. I broke one while doing the alternator...Arrgh!

Could you post a picture of it? Also check out the front of the EL section of your FSM. Some of the manuals have pictures of all of the connectors and how they work.
