Another wiring question...

I already searched through here on wiring but couldn't find anything related.

I have everything else hooked up to go and know some wires are without use but on srwap.com the new info says to connect theBrown wire on F10 Pin [7] (o2 sensor power) to a switched 12v.

I've read that some just spliced the brown from F10 to the other brown wire on e10. I'm guessing it was spliced into the brown wire on the top side of the connector,One of only 2 brown wires in the corner) on e10. Could it be either one?

Also I have one other wire from F8 thats White,when sliding off some tape its the one that has a grey sleeve and a small bare wire that had a small black wire clipped to it.????
