another vlsd question

i asked this same question below but just really want to make sure just in case no one answered my q' int he other post but yea i have a jdm s13 vlsd internals. will it work in my s13 open diff without using the vlsd output shafts or do i need those too. how hard is it to put in the open diff?

and decide for yourself. That should give you a general idea. Probably not exactly the same in your case, but good enough.

As for the vlsd internals working w/ open diff output shafts, I don't see why not. It doesn't make sense personally to me for there to be a different output shaft for open diff s13 and vlsd s13 - it's both s13.

And s13 vlsd (whole ones) are direct swaps, so I would imagine the only different parts between vlsd & open diff for s13 are the internals, nothing else.
