another vaccum question

OK, I've searceh the threads, but I cant figure it out. there is a vaccum nipple coming off the hard pipe for the bov recirc. where does it go??? I dont have the stock IC piping, so I dont know if I'm missing something. heres what I have read it should be:

1: small one on throttle body to carbon canister (gonna plug it)2: top bigger one on intake manifold to BOV3: bottom bigger one to carbon canister (plug it too) 4: fpr line tee-ed to wastegate5: and the nipple in question, the hard pipe for bov recirc???
